The Breton Woods Property Owners Association is a private home-owners club located on the Metedeconk River in Brick, New Jersey. The POABW offers its Stockholder Members and their families all year round activities at the clubhouse, beach and pool (the pool is open Memorial Day through to Labor Day). Breton Woods is family focused community in a great location with modern convenience and good neighbors.
In addition to the Clubhouse, Beach and Pool, the POABW also offers Boat Slips at T-Dock, available for an additional fee.
Associate Membership (non-Breton Woods Residents) is available, upon request.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE IS DUE BY Memorial Day. (A late fee of $25 is applied after Memorial Day - no exceptions)
BOAT SLIP RENTAL FEES DUE BY May 1st, 2024
