Pricing:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays:
Members: $400 / Non-Members: $695
Monday to Thursday (except Holidays):
Members: $225 / Non-Members: $375
$200 refundable Cleaning Deposit is required for ALL bookings.
Rental Requirements:

Person signing the Rental Agreement must be present at the event and agrees to all terms, conditions and liabilities in the Rental Agreement.

Full payment (Rental Fee and Cleaning Deposit) is required at time of booking. All checks will be deposited upon receipt.

Use of beach must be advised at time of booking. Any intent to place a tent or canopy on the beach, decking or area infront of deck must be advised at time of booking.
